By now we are certain that you are well aware of the global coronavirus pandemic. For those interested, we wanted to post a short update on our status in the midst of this crisis. We have reduced our in-office operations to only essential tasks: namely, only order fulfillment and shipping. All other activities are now being done from our homes. We are voluntarily self-isolating and social distancing. It goes without saying that health and safety will always come ahead of watch straps.
Status of customer-facing operations (as of March 28th):
- Shipping/Fulfillment Status: Normal We are shipping out orders with little to no delays. Our daily pick-ups from USPS and FedEx are still occurring. We are not entirely sure how transit times may be affected, but please do expect some delays; most of them minor. - Customer Service Status: Normal Our support response times are normal (read: fast!) within business hours, which are Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 4:30PM EDT. We are working from home, and still providing the excellent service that we are known for.
- Returns/Exchanges Status: Delayed Due mandatory local regulations and social distancing, we are not currently making trips to our mailbox (which is located at a staffed UPS Store). At this time, we are expecting delays around two weeks. Please bear with us on any return or exchange that you have pending.
Unprecedented effects from this pandemic have been felt in every nation. Our hope and prayer is that we as a global community are able to mitigate and recover from this quickly. Tragically, there are industries and businesses that are suffering much worse than ours, and they need our help. If you have the means, we encourage you to continue to support small & local businesses. Here are some ideas on ways to help. To our supporters, we truly owe you a debt of gratitude.
