Whether you ordered the wrong size or didn't love your purchase, we've got you covered. You can return or exchange eligible as-new* items within 30 days.

Include your order number and reason for return. If exchanging, include the new item(s) requested. We'd also love to hear any feedback you have.

We strive to make returns & exchanges hassle-free. Email us to receive authorization, mail the item(s) back to us, and we'll process your refund or exchange within 2-4 business days of receipt.

*Items must be as-new, which means they cannot have been installed, adjusted, worn, or otherwise used. Refunds will be made to the original form of payment minus the shipping costs incurred. Exchanges can be made for items of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for mailing the items back to us.

Important Policies

  • Order Cancellation

    We fulfill orders quickly, often within minutes. As such, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate every request for cancellation. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped.

    Cancellation Fee: Since payment processing fees are non-refundable, there is a 5% fee for any order cancellation.

  • Final Sale Items

    Any item denoted FINAL SALE is not eligible to be returned or exchanged. No exceptions. FINAL SALE items are clearly marked, including but not limited to the item's title, description, and/or attribute(s).

    FINAL SALE items are discontinued from our catalog. Since these items are not eligible for return, we offer them at a steep discount. If you are not familiar with the type of product or are unsure if you like the color or details of the strap, we advise against purchasing a FINAL SALE item that cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Pricing & Promotions

    Prices displayed on this website are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the item you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling it for a full refund of the amount paid. The chances of this occurring are slim, but mistakes do happen.

    Crown & Buckle reserves the right to update/change the pricing of any item, at any time, without explicit notice.

    From time to time, we offer promotional discounts through our email newsletter, on social media, and on the watch forums and web sites that we support. The details, discounts, and terms of each promotional discount may vary and will be explained on a case by case basis. Orders placed before or after a specific promotion are not eligible to receive a pricing adjustment.

  • Sales Tax

    Crown & Buckle collects state and local sales tax as required. Our web site will calculate applicable taxes based on your shipping postal code.

    Countries outside of the United States may charge you customs & duties, or an importation tax, for purchasing and importing our products from the United States. Crown & Buckle is not responsible for paying customs, duties, or other importation fees.

  • Addresses Accuracy

    Crown & Buckle is not responsible for the accuracy of the address(es) you enter on your order. We urge you to review this information carefully before submitting your order. Addresses cannot be changed after the package has shipped out. Any order that is not deliverable as addressed will be subject to additional shipping charges for the return and re-shipment of the package to a corrected address. Invalid, incorrect, and/or incomplete addresses are likely to cause delays or the inability to deliver your package.

    Billing information that does not match your credit card could delay or possibly be cause for cancellation of your order. Crown & Buckle reserves the right to review, verify, and potentially cancel orders that have differing bill-to and ship-to addresses.

  • Payment Methods

    We accept all major credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, Discover) through our website. We also offer PayPal Express Checkout and Apply Pay as alternative payment methods.   • Order Status/Viewing Orders

    During the checkout process, you will be prompted to register or checkout as a guest. We encourage you to register, as it can save you time placing future orders & allows you to log in to view your order status and your past order history. You can also register at any time by clicking on the My Account link at the top of every page. Follow the prompts to sign up for a new account. There is no obligation to register on our web site.     Customers who choose to checkout as a guest will still receive email confirmations after the order is placed and when it has shipped out.
