Horween Football Leather NATO

This hand-crafted strap is part of our American Made collection. This strap is made with official NFL football leather from legendary Horween Leather Co., a century-old tannery in Chicago, IL.

Horween is the exclusive supplier of leather for NFL footballs, and this is the very same leather in watch strap form! The only difference in this leather is that it hasn't been "tackified," or maybe more grippy by adding a tacky substance to the leather surface. You get that nice reddish-brown tone pebbled leather of the authentic NFL footballs.

Each strap is made by hand, including hand stitching using black thread. This model is constructed as a double-layered traditional NATO style. The underside of this strap is the smooth backside of the leather hide (unfinished and unlined). It features stainless steel NATO-style hardware in a brushed or black PVD finish.
