The Glace Latigo is a beautiful Horween leather we picked right off their shelves in Chicago. We've carried Latigo leather here and there for a long time, and it never let's us down. It is a dry leather with no pull-up effect, but it is very sturdy, strong,
and well-wearing. This particular surface texture and color are striking, and while not for everybody, we absolutely love the look.
The color would best be described as "money green," dark and somewhat subdued enough to make this strap easy to wear. It has a lightly pebbled surface texture. Black thread was selected so as not to contrast the strap too glaringly. The strap is ~1.2mm thick, and has very little stretch. Expect this leather to retain its looks long-term, without changing significantly.
Each strap is made by hand in the United States, including hand stitching using heavy gauge thread. This model is constructed in a single-layered 3-ring NATO style. The backside of this strap is the unlined natural suede of the leather. It features stainless steel "Heavy Duty" style hardware in Brushed SS or Black PVD.
