Unfortunately, some time right after the New Year, Crown & Buckle's shipment confirmation emails started getting caught in Gmail's spam algorithm. The first order confirmation email will reach the Inbox fine, but the subsequent shipping confirmation email will likely go to the Spam folder.
Please rest assured that we are still shipping out orders same-day Monday through Friday by 3pm EST, and weekend orders ship out the following Monday. If you use Gmail for your order email, please expect it to land in your Spam folder.
When you find the email in Spam, it is helpful to us if you mark it "Not Spam" so it goes back to your Inbox. This will help the Google algorithm "re-learn" that the shipping confirmation email is not spam. Thank you!
