Shipping & Delivery
Crown and Buckle uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all our shipments, both domestically (USA) and internationally. Our shopping cart system will calculate your actual shipping rate during checkout. All rates are calculated directly with USPS based on their current pricing scale. We offer First Class, Priority Mail, and Express Mail services.
We do our best to ship your order out on the same business day it is received (if received before 3:00PM EST), but some orders may not ship until the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipment Tracking
For all services and destination countries, a shipping confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your order has been mailed. All of our domestic (within the United States) shipments include USPS Delivery Confirmation. International orders do not include tracking or Delivery Confirmation unless Express Mail service is selected.
According to USPS documentation, Delivery Confirmation does NOT include "Tracking", although domestic shipments will typically have tracking updates available (keep in mind this is not always the case).
International shipments cannot be tracked (except for Express Mail, see below), and do not include Delivery Confirmation. If you are an international customer that selects Priority Mail or First Class service, you will still receive a shipping confirmation email when your item(s) ship, but the tracking number field will be left blank. The majority of Priority Mail shipments arrive within 8-20 days, and First Class shipments within 14-30 days [business days].
International Express Mail automatically includes tracking information and Delivery Confirmation, along with a faster 4-10 business day transit time. If you are an international customer and require tracking information and/or Delivery Confirmation, you must select Express Mail International.
Domestic customers: Please note that USPS electronic information typically only updates once a day, and can sometimes go days without an update. Do not fret about your shipment; this is normal behavoir. Rest assured that it is not affecting the delivery time of your shipment.

In-transit times can vary depending on the destination area. Domestic orders estimates are usually quite accurate and are almost always on the faster side of our listed estimates. However, international shipments can vary much more depending on the destination country. We cannot control transit times and we ask for your patience and understanding when a shipment is delayed. International customers, we urge you to select Priority Mail or Express Mail when your order is time-sensitive.

Please note that:- International customers are solely responsible for any and all duties and/or taxes incurred with their order/shipment.
- We cannot ship your order as a "gift" or with a fake commercial value in order to avoid/reduce customs & duties fees.
- Crown and Buckle is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, or any other "acts of God."
- If you cannot receive shipments from USPS, or would prefer to use another carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Shipping Addresses
Shipments can be sent to your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. If you've registered with us, you can select a saved address from your account. Just log in to your account before proceeding to checkout.
