UPDATE 3 - 9:30 AM Wednesday, Sept. 13th:Â Our office received power back last night! We are back up and running this morning. We should have all new orders shipped out by the end of the day today. Thank you again for your patience, and please continue praying for the victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

UPDATE 2 - 12:30 PM Tuesday, Sept. 12th:Â Hurricane Irma, although having made landfall to our west, brought a surprising amount of wind and rainfall to our area due to the massive size of the storm. Â The power has been out at both our office and our home for more than 2 days now. Thankfully, we did not sustain any severe damage at either place.

Until power is returned, we cannot ship out orders. Our best guess is that power should return by the 13th or 14th, but there is no way for us to know for sure. We ask for your patience with order shipments until the power is restored. In the mean time, we are trying our best to respond to emails once or twice a day via a laptop and tethered internet from a cell phone.

UPDATE 1 - 4:00 PM Thursday, Sept. 7th:Â Our office is prepared and boarded up to ride out the storm. As noted above, we will now be closed Friday, September 8th through Monday, September 11th. We hope to be updating this again soon with good news once the storm has passed! Thank you for your patience with any shipping delays.

Well folks, it's that time of year again. Hurricane season. This time, we are smack dab in the projected path of Category 5 Hurricane Irma. Currently, we are keeping a close eye on the storm track and preparing our office and homes for the impact. At this time, we are still open and shipping orders in a normal time-frame.

As a precaution, please plan on Crown & Buckle being closed on Friday, September 8th through Monday, September 11th. Barring any serious damage and/or power outages, we are hoping to reopen with our normal operating hours on Tuesday, September 12th. This is, of course, subject to change. Please bare with us as we prepare for and recover from this major hurricane. We will be posting updates over the next few days on our social media accounts as well as updating this blog post.

Our prayers are with all who have been and will be affected by this storm. Stay safe out there!
